Fun and friendly, family-based Taekwon-Do club. A martial art for adults and kids alike - all welcome. We strive at all times to present a balanced training programme reflecting that Taekwon-do (TKD) is both a mental discipline as well as a martial art. All classes are conducted in a safe and controlled environment. All students are encouraged to participate at a level and intensity that is suited to their individual fitness and ability from beginner to Black Belt
